Ideally, I recommend planning at least 6-9 months in advance to get the best options, especially for international trips. But don’t worry—if you’re cutting it closer, we can still get you booked!

(For bigger bucket list trips like safari or expedition cruises, you’ll want to plan for at least a 9-month lead time!) 

That’s totally up to you! If you like the planning part (that’s code for being in control— I’m totally the same way!), I can provide options and ideas for you to choose from. If you’d rather just show up and relax, I can also take care of it all and hand over your perfectly polished itinerary. 

Once you fill out the inquiry form, we’ll schedule a complimentary consultation to chat about your travel goals. After that, I’ll send over a trip intake form to dive into the details. We’ll walk through it together, answer any questions, and clarify your preferences. Then, I’ll create a custom proposal for your trip, explaining why I’ve selected certain options for you. Once everything’s finalized, I’ll book it all and send your itinerary, complete with all the details, 30-45 days before you leave. Pretty easy, right?

While I'm not able to book hotels with your points, I get how precious our points are. I find the best travel value for most credit card points to be with flights and always recommend clients book flights with points if they plan to use any.
